We are all bias in some way or form. This is what Buddhists call "unconscious behaviour." Are these behaviours learned or innate?
In this insightful session, Venerable Miao You will explore unconsciousness and how these behaviours impact our lives. The session will cover:
- The Eight Consciousnesses
- How habits are formed
- How we unlearn these habits
- The roles that Mindfulness and Meditation have to bring out our unconsciousness
