Students have the opportunity to discuss and explore how to integrate Buddhist concepts and practice in their lives to help them discover inner peace and happiness.

Taking the Path is to follow the footsteps of the Buddha. It is a way of connecting with the Buddha within. When we truly believe we are Buddha, we will commit ourselves daily to the actions, speech, and thoughts of a Buddha. Discover through class and discussions how to live a life of joy and calm in the modern world.

Students are also welcome to attend the Wednesday night *Meditation Class

*Meditation Class is for Nan Tien Temple Participants Only. Parramatta will conduct online class on site followed by a discussion.
